HR Strategy & Business Partnering

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and change management.
  • Participate as a member of the management team, providing HR insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, employment offers, and employment contracts.
  • Coordinate and deliver effective onboarding and orientation programs to ensure the successful integration of new employees.

Performance Management & Talent Development

  • Lead the annual Performance Appraisal cycle, including objective setting, performance reviews, calibration sessions, and People Review meetings.
  • Partner with managers to identify high-potential employees and develop succession, career development and retention plans.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor the annual Learning & Development plan based on business needs and performance outcomes.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a positive employee relations climate by providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, grievances, and employee wellbeing.
  • Promote company values, Code of Conduct, and ethical business practices throughout the organization.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and organize activities that enhance teamwork, communication, and organizational culture.
  • Manage employee separation processes, including exit interviews and analysis of turnover trends.

Compensation, Benefits & Payroll

  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, leave, employee movements, benefits, and deductions, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs in accordance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers, social security authorities, and other statutory bodies to ensure employee benefits and legal compliance.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory employment requirements across the countries of responsibility.
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, job descriptions, and organizational structures to support business needs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and accuracy of HR information systems.
  • Prepare periodic HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for local, regional, and corporate management.

Governance, Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Quality, Compliance, ISO, EHS, and other corporate management systems within the HR function.
  • Coordinate HR-related initiatives supporting ISO standards, internal audits, and corporate compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with EHS and Operational Excellence teams on people development initiatives and mandatory compliance training.

Stakeholder & External Relations

  • Liaise with other external organizations on employment-related matters.
  • Represent the HR function in dealing with external partners while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable legislation.

Is this job for you ?

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 5 years in an HR Manager or HR Business Partner role with hands on experience in talent management.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multiple countries or a regional business, preferably across the Near East or Middle East.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Strong sense of ownership and initiative taking.
  • Strong collaboration spirit.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 50% of the time within the Near East region as required
