About the Project – Chorus Program

Saint-Gobain is undertaking a large-scale global HR transformation through the Chorus program, centered on the deployment of Workday as the group’s new global HRIS platform. The ambition is to harmonize HR processes, enhance employee experience, and strengthen data governance across all regions. The program is rolled out in waves and involves close collaboration with our implementation partner, Accenture.

As part of this transformation, we are looking for a BPO Lead Recruitment to take full ownership of the design, deployment, and governance of Workday modules related to Talent Acquisition.

Your Mission

As the functional lead (BPO) for the Recruitment workstream, you will represent the business throughout the implementation and deployment phases. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Define and own the global Core Model for Workday Recruitment, ensuring alignment with Saint-Gobain HR strategy and operational needs.
  • Lead design workshops in collaboration with Accenture and key stakeholders across countries and businesses.
  • Challenge design proposals and ensure global and local requirements are captured within a consistent and scalable solution.
  • Coordinate data, integration, and security needs for Recruitment module.
  • Support deployment activities, including localization, testing (SIT, UAT), and user readiness.
  • Engage with local HR and training teams to support change management, training, and adoption.
  • Act as the main point of contact for Accenture and the software vendor for all functional decisions related to Recruitment.
  • Collaborate with other BPOs (Core HR, Total Rewards, Talent, performance) to ensure functional coherence and global alignment.
  • Contribute to the post-go-live support and governance structure for Chorus Recruiting.

Is this job for you ?

 

Profile

  • Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a multinational environment.
  • Proven experience as a process owner, HRIS functional lead, or Recruitment systems lead.
  • Mandatory experience with Workday, especially Workday Recruiting. Experience with Workday Core HR is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated involvement in Workday implementation, deployment, or support activities (design workshops, configuration, testing, or post-go-live support) is highly valued.
  • Comfortable managing multiple vendors and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Based in Paris, with occasional international travel.
