- Develop and manage a defined territory and customer portfolio to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
- Drive product specifications with key stakeholders including architects, engineers, and quantity surveyors.
- Grow and promote the product portfolio, including Technical Finishes and a.b.e Construction Chemical solutions.
- Implement sales strategies aligned with regional objectives and market opportunities.
- Build strong client relationships and proactively identify customer needs and solutions.
- Ensure pricing strategies are executed to maintain profitability and competitiveness.
- Monitor market trends and customer insights to inform sales approach
Is this job for you ?
Degree in construction/building disciplines and/Sales & Marketing.Min 3-5 years experience in a external sales role is essential, preferably construction/engineering industry a valid drivers licence as this role will be travelling visiting customers. Good communication skills with your commercial awareness will set you apart – ability to identify opportunities and action. Exposure to operating within a corporate environment and broader understanding of market dynamics.Understanding of technical solutions and ability to translate for commercial benefit will ensure success in this role.

To drive company strategic sales and marketing objectives within the allocated territory by achieving agreed sales budgets and targets across both Specialised Building Materials (SBM) and Infrastructure segments. The role focuses on developing and managing key customer relationships while expanding market share across the company’s product portfolio, including Technical Finishes and ABE Construction Chemicals, within commercial construction and infrastructure sectors such as transport, water, energy and industrial projects.
The Technical Sales Consultant will actively engage with contractors, specialist applicators, engineers, architects, quantity surveyors and distributors to drive product specification, support project execution and deliver sustainable regional growth.
