Why do we need you ?

We are searching for a skilled Technical Process Engineer to enhance and optimize our production processes. You will play a key role in improving efficiency, quality, and safety while collaborating with various departments to drive innovation and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

🔍 Process Analysis and Optimization: Evaluate and refine production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
💡 Innovation: Develop and implement new production methods and technologies.
🤝 Collaboration: Work with production, maintenance, and quality teams to identify and apply process improvements.
📈 Performance Monitoring: Track and report on production performance to management.
🧑‍🏫 Leadership: Guide and support production staff in process improvement initiatives.
⚖️ Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.
🧪 Trial Management: Participate in trials to test and refine new processes.

Is this job for you ?

Qualifications:

🎓 Education: Master’s degree in Process Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
🛠️ Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a similar role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
🔧 Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, project management skills, and experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
💻 Technical Proficiency: Experience with process analysis and simulation software.
🌍 Languages: Proficiency in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
🚀 Attributes: Proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
