What's the job?
Are you ready to lead and innovate? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to spearhead the Process Engineering Operations at our Hagerstown, Maryland facility. As a key player in our team, you will drive the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge tooling, production processes, materials, and equipment for our Siding department. Your mission: to enhance our manufacturing processes, ensuring they are efficient, standardized, and capable of achieving top-notch quality.
  • Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor a talented team including Tool Designers, Die Mechanics, Process Technician Supervisor and Process Engineers.
  • Innovate and Improve: Develop, define, and document new and existing processes using ISO 9001 standards.
  • Optimize and Enhance: Utilize SPC/SQC tools to minimize process variation and boost productivity.
  • Manage and Maintain: Oversee process equipment consumables acquisition and inventory management.
  • Analyze and Improve: Conduct root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement, implementing corrective actions to enhance process capability.

What do you bring? 

  • Educational Background: BS in Process Engineering, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering; MS preferred. 
  • Certifications: ASQ CQE certification preferred. 
  • Experience: 8-10 years in the Extrusion Industry with a focus on Tooling Development, Statistical Process Analysis, and Management skills.

Steps to join us

Certain states require pay information be provided in job postings. The national pay range for this position is $99,900 to $154,800 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 13% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The total target cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $112,887 to $174,924.
