Why do we need you ?

Visit concrete producers to build strong relationships and understand their technical and commercial needs.
Identify challenges and collaborate with Saint-Gobain's Research and Development and Technical teams to propose suitable admixture solutions.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to support sales strategies.
Communicate regularly with Saint-Gobain’s sales and technical teams to align on customer support.
Negotiate and close sales deals within approved terms and pricing guidelines.
Support field trials and product demonstrations to help convert opportunities into sales.
Generate leads for project tenders and share with the sales team.
Coordinate with finance and sales teams to follow up on payments.
Provide technical recommendations and product guidance to customers
Conduct product presentations and assist in field trials for product validation and approval.
Submit weekly reports on customer visits, market updates, trial progress, and business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and update customer profiles.
Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries and action item.
Support a safe, sustainable, and environmentally responsible workplace by following Saint-Gobain's EHS guidelines and model good practices.

Is this job for you ?

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical Engineering).
2-3 years of experience in technical sales or field support within the admixture industry.
Knowledgeable in MS Office.
Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
Technically inclined with commercial awareness.
Organized, proactive, and customer-focused
