Why do we need you ?

Sales and Business Development

Build and maintain strong relationships with cement plant stakeholders
Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions in coordination with the technical team.
Generate qualified leads and develop new business opportunities
Analyze market trends and anticipate competitor strategies
Negotiate and close deals in line with company policies
Manage the full sales cycle and ensure timely payment collection
Represent the company in trade shows, conferences and other marketing events

Technical Support

Perform the industrial trials and provide technical follow-up
Support the product approval process

Reporting and Administration

Prepare the requested reports on sales, market trends, key projects, and opportunities
Prepare the Industrial trial report
Update the CRM with accurate data and maintain customer profiles
Ensure timely communication with customers on technical and commercial requests
Track and follow up on daily sales actions

Is this job for you ?

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Process/Chemical/Mechanical or related field).
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in cement field (Technical Sales).
Solid technical knowledge of cement grinding processes; experience with cement additives is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and travel as required.
