Why do we need you ?

We're looking for a reliable, safety-focused Plant Operator to support manufacturing operations across our facility in Houston, Texas.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00am-1:30pm

Essential Duties:

Operate production processes to manufacture finished goods that meet customer requirements while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Support and participate in required regulatory testing to ensure compliance with applicable standards and operating requirements.
Participate in scheduled team meetings and contribute recommendations that improve product quality, production output, cost control, workplace safety, and waste reduction.
Maintain daily housekeeping standards across production and warehouse areas to support a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
Assist with monthly inventory counts and reconciliation activities to help ensure inventory accuracy and operational control.
Prepare shipments according to order specifications, ensure proper loading practices, and support compliance with applicable DOT regulations.

Is this job for you ?

A High School Diploma or accredited GED is required
A minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing is required
Demonstrated reading, mathematical, and technical aptitude, with the ability to qualify on multiple processes and equipment within a dynamic chemical manufacturing environment.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in outdoor environments and ambient temperature conditions.
Demonstrated commitment to environmental, health, and safety standards, product quality, and customer service excellence.
