Why do we need you ?

Production Operator; Manufacturing, Life Sciences; Williamsburg, MI; $18.00/hr.; 2nd Shift

Production Operators are responsible for working safely while following SOPs, quality standards, and follows PPE requirements to produce parts to customer specifications.

Safely operate finishing (assembly & packaging) equipment & tools with limited supervision.
Follow pertinent SOP and MOP guidelines, inspect product, and complete paperwork with limited supervision
Good eye/hand coordination.
Basic machine operation.
Attention to detail important and good work ethic.
Proficient at interpreting requirements & other information from production paperwork, job sheets, batch records.
Understand basic mathematics.
Proficient with measurement equipment.
Good communication skills-verbal and written.
Proficient at the operation, OJT & trouble-shooting processes/equipment in assembly and packaging areas.
Support site goals and initiatives.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday ; 4:00pm-2:30am

Pay: $18.00/hour

Sign On Bonus: $1,000

Machine Operating Experience is preferred
