This position requires up to 75% travel throughout the assigned region.

The Regional Field Service Manager (RFSM) is responsible for driving consistent, high-quality field service execution across a multi-state region. This leadership role provides regional oversight for installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, technician allocation, and performance management while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

The RFSM will focus on improving response times, reducing overtime, strengthening preventive maintenance programs, and supporting large-scale conversions and installations. This role partners closely with Regional Sales Directors, District Managers, Field Service Managers (FSMs), the Dispensing Team, and internal support teams to ensure alignment with safety, quality, and MOS standards.

The RFSM directly leads FSMs within the assigned region while indirectly supporting a broader technician network, driving KPI improvement, system reliability, and overall service performance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in a technical field service role
  • 5+ years of leadership and people management experience
  • 5+ years of experience working with electromechanical systems
  • 5+ years of experience managing operational performance and KPIs

Quality & Safety Expectations

  • Follow all Saint-Gobain safety standards and PPE requirements while visiting customer sites, concrete plants, and industrial facilities
  • Ensure compliance with equipment certifications, installation standards, and safe troubleshooting practices
  • Maintain high-quality installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance execution
  • Identify and escalate hazards, unsafe conditions, and recurring failures immediately
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

Technical & Operational Knowledge

  • Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills, including dispensing systems and Dual Mag Meter technology
  • Experience using CMMS platforms for KPI tracking, preventive maintenance, and resource planning
  • Ability to analyze system performance data and identify root causes
  • Strong documentation practices for installations, service calls, and technical procedures
  • Proficient with remote support tools such as RVNC Viewer
  • Familiarity with industrial electrical, pneumatic, and fluid handling systems and components

Leadership & Communication Skills

  • Proven ability to lead and coach Field Service Managers while influencing a distributed technician workforce
  • Strong decision-making and situational leadership skills during escalations and critical service events
  • Clear and transparent communicator with the ability to drive accountability and cross-district alignment
  • Skilled in performance management, talent development, and reinforcing MOS discipline
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers, internal partners, and field personnel
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $102,000 to $158,000 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 13% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $115,260 to $178,540. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
