Sales Engineer - Admixtures

Why do we need you ?

  • Visit concrete producers to build strong relationships and understand their technical and commercial needs.
  • Identify challenges and collaborate with Saint-Gobain's Research and Development and Technical teams to propose suitable admixture solutions.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to support sales strategies.
  • Communicate regularly with Saint-Gobain’s sales and technical teams to align on customer support.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals within approved terms and pricing guidelines.
  • Support field trials and product demonstrations to help convert opportunities into sales.
  • Generate leads for project tenders and share with the sales team.
  • Coordinate with finance and sales teams to follow up on payments.
  • Provide technical recommendations and product guidance to customers
  • Conduct product presentations and assist in field trials for product validation and approval.
  • Submit weekly reports on customer visits, market updates, trial progress, and business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and update customer profiles.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries and action item.
  • Support a safe, sustainable, and environmentally responsible workplace by following Saint-Gobain's EHS guidelines and model good practices.

Is this job for you ?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical Engineering).
  • 2-3 years of experience in technical sales or field support within the admixture industry.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Technically inclined with commercial awareness.
  • Organized, proactive, and customer-focused
