CertainTeed has an exciting career opportunity for a Production Operator to join our unionized wallboard manufacturing plant located on Annacis Island in Delta, BC. This is a great chance to join a Top Employer and contribute to our growth and success.

Rotating 12 hour shift, 3 days on, 3 days off (Weekends required) – rotating from days to nights

Successful candidates should:

Hold a Grade 12 diploma or equivalent (or higher).
Be available to work a shift schedule, including nights and weekends.
Have experience operating a forklift (counterbalance).
Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, environmental standards, quality, and customer service.
Possess basic computer skills to enter production and quality data and operate equipment.
Be adaptable and motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Work effectively and professionally with colleagues and leadership in a team-oriented environment.

Experience in a continuous manufacturing environment.
Reliable transportation (as the location is not accessible by public transit).
