Filtralite® Technical Support Manager
Why do we need you ?
- Provide technical support to customers across the world, ensuring successful implementation and use of Filtralite® solutions
- Work closely with the sales team during both pre-sales (design, specification) and post-sales (installation, commissioning, optimization) phases
- Support and follow up on customer projects on site, ensuring solutions are adapted to local conditions
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers translate product capabilities into their operational reality
- Participate in troubleshooting, claims handling, and performance optimization in collaboration with production and sales
- Contribute to training and knowledge sharing for both customers and internal stakeholders
- Stay updated on market trends and technologies and contribute to continuous improvement of our offering
Is this job for you ?
- Educational background in water engineering, environmental engineering, or similar
- Solid experience within water treatment and filtration technologies
- Hands-on understanding of how solutions are implemented and operated in real-life applications
- Strong customer focus with the ability to translate technical solutions into practical value
- Comfortable working in an international environment and collaborating across border
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional European languages such as French or Spanish are an advantage

To make sure nothing is forgotten
We are looking for a Filtralite® Technical Support Manager to strengthen our growing Water Treatment business at LECA International.
In this role, you will support our existing customer base across the world and work closely with our sales teams to ensure that our filtration solutions are correctly implemented and deliver optimal performance in each unique customer context.
This is a highly international position with significant travel activity. While the role can be based in, Spain, France UK or Poland, you should expect frequent travel – well beyond occasional trips – as a natural part of the job.
