CNC Machinist I- Manufacturing, 2nd Shift; Bristol, RI

Hours: 2:30pm-1:00AM Monday-Thursday OR Tuesday-Friday.

$20.00 to $28.00 an hour ($2.50 Shift Differential)

Omniseal Solutions in Bristol, RI is seeking a CNC Machinist I to support precision manufacturing operations. This role operates CNC milling, turning, and grinding machines to produce high-quality components for the Aerospace, Aviation, Automotive and industrial sectors while following safety, quality, and production standards.

What You'll Do
· Operate CNC mills, lathes, and CNC grinding machines
· Perform basic inspections using precision measuring tools
· Follow work instructions, quality requirements, and safety procedures
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Wymagania

• High School Diploma or equivalent (will consider candidates with considerable experience in lieu of education requirement)
• 1 yr Experience in CNC Machining for Mills, Lathes or Grinding, Preferred
• CNC Machining Training Completion or NIMS Certification, Preferred
• Effective verbal/written communications skills and organizational skills
• Must have strong work ethic, attention to detail, good attendance, and flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Work in a manner that complies with all site policies and procedures, actively demonstrate SG principles of conduct & action, and adhere to all EHS requirements

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the local pay range for this position, which is $41,600 to $58,240. This hourly pay rate offered can vary depending on location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments/an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 5% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. The total annual target cash range (Hourly Pay Rate plus Bonus, annualized (40 hrs/week * 52wks)) for this position, is $49,100 to $66,600 Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
