Zakres obowiązków

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing customers through regular visits.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the assigned market.
  • Promote and sell the company's products by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on sales opportunities, and close orders.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to sales forecasts.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and product-related concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and report findings to the Sales Team Leader.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and participate in sales meetings.

Wymagania

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
  • Good command of Arabic and English.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Valid driving license.
