Zakres obowiązków

Support the Plant Manager in driving WCM projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. Provide technical and operational support to the production team to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality. Key responsibilities: Support the Plant Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring WCM projects. Drive continuous improvement activities using WCM methodologies and tools. Analyze production processes and identify opportunities for productivity and efficiency improvements. Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement improvement projects. Monitor project progress and ensure achievement of WCM targets and KPIs. Provide technical support to the production department to resolve operational issues.

Wymagania

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s in Engineering or a technical degree as the job includes specialist/technical skills. EXPERIENCE Good experience in manufacturing, process engineering or technical project development, with a good understanding of the plant organisation.
