  • Actively engaging and selling (SG) products and solutions to retail merchants.
  • Building sustainable customer relationships in order to maximise market advantage. This is to be achieved by focusing on retail merchants and their sales teams to actively and jointly secure market and project opportunities, through engagement with retailer’s contractors and developers to develop and implement end user agreements, leading to sustainable & profitable growth for (SG) and channel partners.
  • Manage product performance issues in-line with company guidelines and offer technical expertise and advice.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities for enhanced product offerings, uncovering and understanding these through application of trained techniques, supply chain knowledge, commercial awareness, and in depth knowledge of customers' businesses.
  • Timeous reporting, meet deadlines and capture relevant information to the system.
  • Assist marketing to launch new products (as defined) to merchant, contractor and developer customer groups.
  • Responsible for training of customer base on existing products, new products and value add propositions .

求める人物像

This role will be suitable for a person with Matric and a Degree, Diploma or relevant industry qualification in construction/building ,Sales & marketing disciplines is preferred, or equivalent industry experience. Drivers Licence must. Min 3 years experience in external sales role with commercial awareness – ability to identify opportunities and action. A proven technical competence – understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate for commercial benefit with construction market experience and knowledge of procurement routes will ensure success on this role.

準備内容

To deliver top line sales revenue and maximise retail accounts performance, in line with Company objectives and strategy. The job incumbent will be working as part of an integrated inland regional team to drive product proposition to retailers in order to develop customer satisfaction and to facilitate demand generation and satisfaction at retail level.
