InteWall Technical Project Manager

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our growing InteWall team — a role at the very heart of delivering one of Saint-Gobain’s most innovative construction solutions.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of InteWall projects from concept to completion, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure every project is delivered seamlessly, professionally and with exceptional customer experience. As the first technical hire dedicated to InteWall, you’ll help shape how the system evolves technically and operationally, while supporting a growing pipeline of opportunities.

This is a full-time permanent role you will be hybrid based with travel to sites, partners and projects as required.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong commercial awareness and confident problem-solving skills
• Proven Project Management experience within construction, MMC, OSM or system-led environments
• The ability to work with architects, design teams and onsite stakeholders, drawing in the right information to progress projects
• Experience in using Revit
• A proactive, adaptable approach, with an entrepreneurial mindset suited to a grassroots solutions environment

What you will be doing:

• Managing Intewall projects from start to finish, coordinate projects from initial estimation and 3D modelling through to construction-ready design and installation
• Ensuring technical delivery aligns with customer expectations around productivity, commercial outcomes, quality and waste-reduction
• Working closely with Design Teams, Technical Project Managers and installer partners
• Contributing to technical development offering on-site technical advice and support correct system installation
• Delivering coordinated projects that arrive on time, meet performance requirements and follow strong internal processes
