Saint-Gobain Research North America is looking for a driven, talented, and energetic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our current team. Reporting into the talent acquisition team at SGRNA this individual will focus on the R&D role for our CertainTeed division.

The talent acquisition partner is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for professional and technical-level talent. This role owns and delivers the recruiting goals for internal customers by driving strategic programs, services and tools. In this role, you will also drive internal/external engagement initiatives across multiple social networking & online platforms, diversity & inclusion organizations, veteran groups, professional associations, colleges/universities, and alumnae groups.

Essential Functions:

Business Partner: Partner with hiring managers and HR Partners to understand the hiring needs and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies for the company’s development programs and corporate functions.

Recruitment: Perform full-lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, recommending a qualified talent pool, and selection.

Recruitment Metrics & Tool/Resource Management: Supporting/updating key performance metrics to monitor progress and report on recruitment & talent onboarding/engagement initiatives; while using, managing, identifying, maintaining & enhancing key tools/resources for all talent identification and engagement initiatives.

Candidate Experience: Provide Best-in-Class candidate experience through communication, relationship building, and execution of the recruitment process. Strong emphasis on talent pipelining and ongoing engagement. Social Media / Marketing / Communication: Maximize all sourcing channels (Internal & External), networks, social media, college/university relations, professional/networking associations, career fairs (virtual & in-person), etc.



  • Bachelor's Degree - Human Resources or another related field with 5+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruitment & stakeholder management or 10+ years of experience will be considered, in lieu of a formal degree.
  • Direct knowledge of recruiting & talent acquisition strategies & practices
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Recruiting experience using social media
  • Ability to develop and communicate appropriate metrics, interpret trends and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Customer-focused, Agile & Strong Communication/Follow-up
  • Experience with employment practices and human resource policies/procedures
