Reporting to the Sr. Technology Manager, HRIS, the HR Operations intern will help support HRIS projects (Merger & Acquisition (M&A) support, system enhancements/configuration/report coordination), HR Project Management Office (PMO), HR Technology and Data and Analytics teams. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in HR processes, technology, and transformation as well as core project management principles and practices. While this role reports into HRIS, they will have hands-on experience with various roles mentioned above in Saint Gobain North America’s HR Operations organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Support HRIS team on configurations, enhancements and user support
- Participate in merger and acquisition related integration efforts
- Opportunity to shadow “days in life” of a variety of HR Operations team members
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support as needed for additional HR Operations projects/digital tools as needed (Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Digital onboarding platforms)
- Assist with reporting and analytics
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as directed by the Sr. Technology Manager, HRIS
Full-Time – 40 hours per week
Onsite in Malvern, PA or Remote with ability to travel to Malvern 25%
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
- Currently enrolled in a Four-Year Bachelor's Degree program working towards a degree or concentration in HR Operations, HR Systems or HR Technology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
- Good interpersonal skills
- Team oriented
- Results focused
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexible, but organized
