Pourquoi a-t-on besoin de vous ?

Execute loading and unloading activities according to instructions provided by the Warehouse Supervisor.
Coordinate with the Logistics Officer and Warehouse Supervisor regarding maintenance and repair requirements for forklifts and admixture pumps used in deliveries.
Report product returns from customer sites to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Maintain and organize logistics documentation, records, and filing systems.
Ensure all company-owned or leased trucks are clean, presentable, and ready for loading.
Verify that products scheduled for delivery are free from damage, within their expiry dates, and properly presented.
Ensure products are correctly loaded and secured to prevent damage during transportation.
Verify that loaded quantities match the quantities stated on invoices and sign off on delivery documents accordingly.
Label all invoices with the corresponding batch numbers.
Report the condition of trucks and pickups to the Warehouse Supervisor, including cleanliness, mechanical condition, and weather protection readiness.
Ensure truck drivers are present during loading operations to prevent misunderstandings and product discrepancies.
Comply with all safety procedures and maintain 5S standards within the work area.

Ce poste est-il fait pour vous ?

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
0–1 year of relevant work experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and commitment.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
