The missions of the Digital Marketing Operations team (DMO) is to support SG local businesses efficiently in the implementation and optimization of mutualized digital marketing solutions:

  • Co-designing, managing the Development & Deploying global Digital Marketing solutions
  • Optimizing and driving the Evolution of the current DM ecosystems
  • Training and Supporting the local digital teams
  • Identifying local good DM practices, share and deploy
  • Insuring maintenance of global DM tools and compliance with IT guidelines and GDPR standards
  • Exploring new DM trends and tools (POCs)

 

The MAC3 team (within the DMO team) has been designing and developing the new generation of Drupal web factory, which core is deemed to support most of the brand websites of the group. The MAC3 (Multi-Activity Customer Centered Core) core is being used and further adapted at various levels to suit the different needs of the businesses, being the regional businesses by the DMO team or the HPS businesses (High Performance Solutions) through IDS (International Digital-IT Services).

 

As a member of the MAC3 team, you will be in charge of:

  • Supporting the project managers of the team in the deployment of brand websites for the local businesses
  • Supporting the local digital key users in building in the website content according to their needs, by training them, resolving their queries and making sure the documentation is up-to-date
  • Assisting in testing the delivery of new features by the development agency

The perimeter of the businesses involved is primarily the construction brand websites: Gypsum, Insulation, Building Glass, the Saint-Gobain country websites.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Education

Business Graduate / Masters’ level in Marketing/Business/Engineering and/or Web/IT (min. MSc level) with a significant operational experience in web projects

Knowledge /Experience /Technical competencies

  • After a first successful experience in Digital
  • Proven Project Management experience within Digital Marketing
  • Operational experience in Website/App project implementation
  • Proficiency in CMS backend management, Google Analytics.
  • Capacity to analyze an existing eco-system, understand the company strategy and operational organization to make relevant recommendations to the businesses

Fluency in English is a must, ideally with operational international exposure
