The role ensures strategic alignment, policy compliance, and efficient purchasing operations across the region. This position drives vendor management, negotiations, bidding, contract oversight, and spend optimization while advancing cost savings and strategic sourcing. It also strengthens digital tool adoption and maintains adherence to corporate and global standards. The Manager develops purchasing staff, improves service to internal stakeholders, and leads continuous improvement efforts in close partnership with plant operations and BU leadership to ensure coordinated, value‑driven procurement across all assigned sites.
