Position description

In this role you will be responsible for managing process development activities in a manufacturing environment with a focus on improving communication and data management. You will interact with multiple departments, mostly bridging the gap between engineering and product

Your tasks :
1. Learn the SageGlass process with focus on the intranet site
2. Process development of data structure to clearly communicate business processes
3. Resolve production issues and help improve the process
4. Industrialize and maintain KPI reports with Excel or Sharepoint managed through database
5. Document process for future reference



Competencies we are looking for:

You earned a master’s degree in process engineering or engineering related field.

You have very good written and spoken skills in English.

Dotted with a creative problem-solving mindset and a hands-on approach, you are detail-orientated and you possess the ability to work safely and effectively with a diverse team.

You are well organized, keep your work constantly documented, and you are able to analyze data and write reports in a clear way.
