Questions like: “How will enterprises best leverage digital technology for extra punch, power, and effectiveness?” and “What will it take to balance superior products with profits?” The answers are still being defined, and our Essentials of Manufacturing (EoM) Development Program will provide the access and support you need to help us innovate for industry impact—in the near-term and for years to come.

You will be hired into Saint-Gobain as a Manufacturing Engineer and be part of the 24-month Essentials of Manufacturing Program (EoM). This will provide you the opportunity to learn at our various businesses through quarterly plant visits and join your peers in projects and development trainings.

  • Collaborating with current Engineering Team and Maintenance Teams to help drive projects
  • Designing and commissioning new/renovated equipment
  • Improving the cost efficiency and quality of the production line and creating testing methods to measure quality and establish standards
