Why do we need you ?
The primary purpose of the Advanced Manufacturing Integration Leader role is to drive the successful adoption, integration, and continuous improvement of advanced manufacturing technologies across assigned sites.
Our ideal candidate resides in the Central or Eastern US in close proximity to a major metropolitan airport due to the travel requirements for this role.
This includes developing I4.0 strategies and plant‑level roadmaps, accelerating system adoption, and removing barriers to implementation to ensure measurable business results.
The role serves as a bridge between manufacturing operations, digital/IT teams, and leadership, providing technical guidance, change‑management leadership, and hands‑-on support to enable plants to fully leverage digital tools, data, and automation capabilities
Lead Digital Transformation & I4.0 Strategy Execution
Develop and execute plant level and business level I4.0 strategies and roadmaps, identify cultural and technical gaps, and implement targeted actions to drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, throughput, and system utilization. Facilitate coordination among operations, engineering, IT, digital, and quality teams; represent the voice of end users; and align stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and sustainment of I4.0 initiatives.
Integrate and Scale Advanced Technologies
Oversee evaluation, deployment, and integration of Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT/IIoT, MES, SCADA, PLCs, robotics, AI/ML, digital twins, advanced sensors) ensuring compatibility with OT/IT systems, operational workflows, and plant requirements.
Drive User Adoption, Change Leadership & Workforce Enablement
Lead change management activities to accelerate adoption and sustainment of I4.0 systems, develop training materials, coach operators and leaders, and cultivate a digitally skilled, data literate workforce.
Diagnose, Troubleshoot & Optimize System Performance
Manage performance issues, coordinate resolution with IT/OT teams, oversee incident management (e.g., ServiceNow), and ensure high system reliability, data integrity, and user satisfaction.
Lead Continuous Improvement Through Data & Analytics
Use analytics, real time manufacturing data, and Lean/Six Sigma/TPM methodologies to identify inefficiencies, optimize processes, strengthen quality, and reinforce data driven decision making across the organization.
Manage Projects, Documentation & Reporting
Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, KPIs, and technical documentation. Provide progress updates and performance reports to leadership and stakeholders.
