Join an innovative company where you can build your new career in manufacturing. Now hiring full-time temporary 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift entry level and experienced Manufacturing Operators.

STARTING PAY: $18.01 Hour with potential Shift Differential


Manufacturing Operators are assigned to different work centers in the factory that include material preparation, molding, and finishing product(s). Positions may include:

Mixer:  Operate or tend machines and/or manually mix, screen, and blend materials such as abrasive grains, ceramic materials, chemicals, resins and other compounds to prepare mix for molding and other product making steps.

Molder: Applies a variety of methods, procedures and techniques to mold products using hydraulic, robotic and/or manual presses or molding equipment to compact mix to shape product.  Forming or molding basic shapes, (i.e. plates, batts, saggers, rings or bricks) utilizing shop orders and blueprints.

Finishing Operator:  Operator works to engineered specifications by setting up and operating various types of machines or hand tools for multiple grinding/finishing operations. Product handled may be in forms ranging from initial shaping to final finishing.

Supports continuous improvement efforts including autonomous work teams.


  • HS diploma or GED Required. 
  • General manufacturing skills such as blueprint reading preferred.
  • Intermediate math skills (measure in standard and metrics using various measuring devices) and basic computers skills required.

Mental &Visual/Physical Demands/Efforts

  • Repetitively lift and/or move up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Frequently required to stand; walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
  • Occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and smell.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment

  • Operating in an industrial work environment.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.

Additional Requirements
