Position description

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Craft/Machinist to work in our Maintenance Department. Qualified candidates must be able to work safely and independently in a heavy manufacturing environment. Shift assignment will be based on seniority.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

The requirements for these positions include: a high school diploma or equivalent; a two year technical degree preferred.  

Experience in a manufacturing environment.  

Qualified candidates must be able to maintain, troubleshoot and repair production machines and mechanical equipment using engineering drawings, operations manuals, sketches and other instructions.

Able to operate metal working equipment to fabricate or repair parts.

The successful candidate will require experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, shaft and coupling alignments, and the use of manual lathe/milling equipment. Welding experience is a plus.
