The Warehouse Shipping Specialist supports the supply chain functions of shipping and inventory management. The ideal Warehouse Shipping Specialist proactively completes their assigned tasks per the daily production schedule, safely, accurately, and per all SOPs. Tasks include fulfilling sales orders, packaging items for shipment, arranging delivery pickups, handling inventory, working with customer service, and completing QAD transactions. Success in this role requires attention to detail and excellent record keeping with all warehouse operations. The Warehouse Shipping Specialist plays a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while supporting continuous improvement efforts and resolving supply chain discrepancies.

Education:
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate; Required
- Associate degree in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain; Preferred
Experience:
- 1 year of experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment; Required
- Adherence to all warehouse safety requirements including wearing safety shoes, safety glasses, and high visibility vests; Required
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; Required
- Ability to read and follow Standard Operating Procedures; Required
- Experience operating a forklift; Preferred
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems; Preferred
- Experience in completing documentation per GDP; Preferred
