MRO Coordinator

Why do we need you ?

The MRO Coordinator ensures timely material availability and on-schedule production to support manufacturing operations. The role is responsible for managing raw material requirements, coordinating purchasing activity, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring inventory accuracy and data integrity within the ERP system. Working closely with Production, Quality, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams, the MRO Coordinator balances customer demand with forecasts and capacity, monitors supplier performance, and maintains master data to support smooth, efficient production flow. A commitment to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and compliance with company policies and procedures is essential.
 
Material Planning & Procurement
· Maintain raw material requirements and MRP parameters in the ERP system, including lead times, safety stock, order quantities, and planning attributes
· Issue and track purchase requisitions and POs to ensure timely material delivery
· Escalate supplier constraints, delays, and quality issues to Supply Chain leadership
· Coordinate with Global Purchasing on pricing, compliance (PQRST), and supplier improvement initiatives
Support inventory reviews including aging/expiration analysis and excess & obsolete cycles


Production Scheduling
·Develop and maintain the finite production schedule based on capacity, material availability, and customer demand
·Release and distribute work order packets; monitor status and collaborate with production supervisors on schedule adherence
·Review customer orders and provide accurate promise dates in partnership with Customer Service
Manage daily/weekly MRP reviews, action message resolution, and scheduling reports
 
Inventory Control & Data Integrity
·Validate inventory accuracy using cycle counts, MRP inquiry, and valuation reports
·Maintain master data for items, planning attributes, bills of material, and routings
·Monitor constrained materials and track on-hand, on-order, and consumption trends
Support KPI reporting (SCQRE, OTD, inventory performance) and resolve quality holds or material discrepancies
 
Continuous Improvement & Cross-Functional Support
·Participate in operational meetings (production huddles, supply chain reviews, SCQRE)
·Support ERP enhancements, process optimization, and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives
Other duties as assigned

Certain locations require pay information be provided in job postings. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the local pay range for this position, which is $24.82 to $37.24 per hour. This hourly pay rate offered can vary depending on location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments/an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 10% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. The total annual target cash range (Hourly Pay Rate plus Bonus, annualized (40 hrs/week * 52wks)) for this position, is $56,700.00 to $85,200.00. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
