Cleanroom Technician - Mobility (2nd Shift)

As a Clean Room Technician, you will assemble and test high purity components for the space industry. Duties include cleaning, rinsing, inspecting and packaging parts in a specially designed cleanroom environment. You must be able to follow specific cleaning guidelines and instructions.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 4:30pm - 3:00am
***Must be willing to train on 1st shift for a few weeks***
Pay Range: $18 - $22
- Duties performed while wearing appropriate clean room attire
- Responsible to maintain the clean room to Class 5 standards
- Inspect parts and assemblies for burrs, scratches and nicks
- Inspect parts and assembles using UVblack light/white light, as required
- Clean and package parts and assemblies to required specs
- Use a heat sealer/vacuum sealer to seal poly film tube and bags
- Affix all required labels per required specs
- Complete required Certificate of Compliance
- Report any issues to the supervisor or manager immediately
- Perform other related duties as required
- Maintain work space before, during, and after each scheduled shift in accordance with 5S principles and company procedures, rules, and regulations.

Required Skills & Experience:
Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required - HS Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, understand and follow written materials including blueprint drawings, schematics, job orders, etc.
Knowledge of and ability to use basic quality measuring equipment i.e. calipers and visual scopes.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a class 5 or 7 clean room.
Mechanical aptitude and basic computer knowledge
Able to operate pneumatic and water testing equipment.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, good attendance and flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills. Other
Manual dexterity required to assemble components and effectively utilize measuring and testing equipment.
Good vision to read written materials and measuring instruments.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
