Position description

What’s the Job? Plant engineering support - Provide cold end technical support to the plant for day to day issues (when required) - Develop & implement improvement projects based upon root cause failure analysis and corrective action development - Specific technical leadership and knowledge required for fabricating and packaging fiberglass insulation products. - Manage controllable expenses to budget specifications. Update plant and equipment drawings, as needed. Plant support - Lead assigned plant initiatives involving 5S, safety auditing, downday support, energy conservation and various others not listed. Project management - Design, budget and implement cost savings projects. - Update training documents (JSA’s, LOTO, WOP, SOP, etc.) and work in conjunction with HR, QA, Safety and Environmental departments.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

What do you bring? - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) - 3 to 5 years’ experience, preferably in a continuous flow process manufacturing environment - PLC experience - Project management experience - Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary and dynamic environment.
