📍 Plymouth, WI
💲 Starting Pay: $21.20/hour + Quarterly Bonus Eligibility
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities

Follow all safety policies, SOPs, and company procedures.
Operate in feeding, stacking, and offloading production positions.
Monitor production equipment and maintain production rates.
Set up equipment according to established standards.
Inspect products to ensure quality requirements are met.
Identify and resolve production issues using continuous improvement methods.
Complete production documentation and required metrics.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

High school diploma preferred.
1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills.
