Truck Driver

Why do we need you ?

Schedule: 4 day, 12 hour rotating work week. Candidate must be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.
*Schedule is subject to change depending on business needs.

Compensation: $25.61 per hour

Is this job for you ?

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license with no convicted violations.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent aptitude and/or experience
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment such as CAT 777 haul truck and MACK Ore Truck
  • Ability to tolerate adverse weather conditions
  • Be self-motivated
  • Willing to cross train to provide coverage on other pieces of equipment when needed
  • Become MSHA certified
  • Complete department safety requirements: SMAT, OSA, EMAT audits
  • Adhere to all MSHA safety requirements
  • Maintain 5S of equipment and area
  • Team Participation in WCM events/activities
  • Be willing to participate and facilitate IAR’s
  • Be willing to help cover for vacations which could require other shifts or operating different equipment
  • Must be able to work rotating shifts
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of heavy equipment experience
  • Previous Mining or Quarry experience
  • MSHA certification
