Material Handler - 10am - 6:30pm

(3mos training 8am - 5pm)

Scope: Perform duties as material handling technician according to standard operating procedures and work instructions.



  • Daily inspection of material handling trucks and pallet jacks.
  • Stage plating tote and or boxes for platers.
  • Able to professionally operate fork truck and pallet jack.
  • Stage packaged goods outbound to central inventory.
  • Participate in self-development and training of others.
  • Perform other related duties as required or as directed by supervisor.
  • Exhibit safety awareness and safe work practices.
  • Deliver material to laminators, production and central inventory.
  • Communicate and cooperate with fellow employees to maintain quality, operational efficiency and
  • Understand all environmental policies and significant environmental impact of job activities in 





  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of area specific Saint Gobain products and processes.
  • Able to operate independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic command of the English language, written and verbal.
  • Able to read and follow SOP’s, labels and instructions.
  • Trainable to operate forklift.
