The Planner is responsible for the scheduling and planning of the work orders for manufacturing operations, accountable for the development, maintenance and execution of the production schedule. The incumbent works closely with plant supervision and team members to monitor material, equipment, machine and personnel resources. Responsible for leading the coordination of varied multiple scheduling activities to ensure the production of high performance products with the quality, delivery, and cost to meet customer’s requirements.



  • HS or Equivalent Required, but preferred candidate will possess an Associates degree, best candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or Operations Management  
  • 3-5 years of related experience with college degree required or 6-10 yrs of experience without a degree
  • Required to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer use.   
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, communication and presentation skills      Required
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems Required
  • APIC strongly preferred

Additional Requirements

  • Must be skilled at task management, organized, and must be comfortable working independently and as part of a team  

  • Strong communication skills in all platforms with internal and external team members required

  • Takes on challenges with a can-do attitude required
