Why do we need you ?

As a Credit and Adjustment Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by investigating and resolving customer claims, credits, debits, and returns.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to identify root causes, develop effective solutions, and ensure claims are resolved accurately and in compliance with company policies.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys analyzing issues, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and serving as a trusted liaison to customers.

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in customer service, with a focus on dispute resolution, or 2+ years of experience working in a finance role
Knowledge of distribution networks, sales channels, or customer markets
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
Ability to work and communicate effectively with all professional levels
Proven analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills
Proactive approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow established procedures

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Previous experience with SAP
