Why do we need you ?

As a Design Engineer within our Commercial Building & Infrastructure (CBI) team, you will play a critical role in shaping the innovative products and engineered solutions that strengthen our commercial building portfolio. We need you because your technical expertise, creativity, and problem-solving mindset directly influence the quality, performance, and success of every project we deliver.
In this role, you will:
·         Drive Innovation: You will transform engineering and architectural principles into practical, highperforming solutions for CBI products. Your ability to generate innovative 2D and 3D concepts --supported by strong CAD proficiency --ensures we remain at the forefront of commercial building design
·         Bridge Technical Disciplines: You will collaborate closely with engineers, architects, project managers, and cross-functional partners across CBI, serving as a key connector to ensure design intent, manufacturability, and performance align seamlessly.
·         Bring Designs to Life: From detailed drawings to specifications, material estimates, and model integration, you will convert ideas into actionable plans that guide project execution and production. Your work ensures accuracy, efficiency, and engineering excellence at every stage.
·         Enhance Product Quality & Functionality: Through thoughtful design work --including pattern development, modeling, blueprint interpretation, and adherence to industry standards --you will help deliver products that are functional, aesthetically compelling, and engineered for long-term performance
·         Support Project Success: Your contributions to proposals, presentations, and cross-team communication will help advance key initiatives and support CBI's strategic growth.
·         Champion Technical Excellence: By upholding engineering best practices, leveraging CAD tools, and applying rigorous standards, you will ensure that every deliverable reflects the highest level of quality and compliance.
