Product Manager

Why do we need you ?

The Product Manager will join Verifi's established Product, Design, and Engineering team. You'll work closely with senior product leaders, designers, engineers, data scientists, and subject matter experts to discover customer needs, define product requirements, and deliver valuable software solutions. 

 This role is ideal for someone early in their product management career who enjoys solving customer problems, working cross-functionally, and turning ideas into shipped products. 

 You'll have the opportunity to contribute to products at the intersection of AI, sustainability, industrial IoT, and construction technology while learning from an experienced product organization. 

 Customer & Market Discovery:

  • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for improvement through interviews, research, data analysis, and feedback collection.

Product Definition & Prioritization:

  • Define requirements, write user stories, maintain product backlogs, and help prioritize work by balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical considerations.

 Cross-Functional Delivery:

  • Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Data Science, and other partners to deliver high-quality product experiences, including new insights, automation, and AI-powered capabilities.

 Product Execution & Release Support:

  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, release activities, and ongoing coordination to help ensure successful delivery.

 Performance & Continuous Improvement:

  • Analyze product usage, customer feedback, and business outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement and track product impact.

Is this job for you ?

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Product Management, Computer Science, STEM, Science, Technology, Engineering, Math. Or relevant experience in Product Management.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in Product Management.
  • Experience working on SaaS products in a cross-functional environment. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Curious and customer-focused, with a desire to understand how users work and what problems they need solved. 
  • Comfortable working with data to support decision-making and prioritization. 
  • Able to break down complex problems into clear requirements and actionable work. 
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through. 
  • Experience with Agile product development practices. 
  • Experience using AI productivity tools in your day-to-day work. 
  • Bonus: Experience in construction technology, industrial software, IoT, manufacturing, logistics, or related industries.

Pay Transparancy:

Certain locations require pay information be provided in job postings. Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees’ wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $102,000 - $158,000 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

 In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 20% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $122,400 to $189,600.  Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
