What you DO matters......
You will coordinate OmniSeal Solutions sales & marketing activities related to the development of our business toward new customers and applications in Alternative Energies. The role combines a high level prospective strategic marketing work at a global scope, together with a field business development activity to approach and initiate sales with North American customers.
You will explore, assess, and develop new business opportunities with customers (large companies and start-ups) that are seeking to disrupt the energy industry by actively developing new solutions to address the world’s energy & sustainability challenges.
You will analyze & monitor emerging alternative energy players and technologies, identify opportunities for Omniseal Solutions to grow, and closely work with the technical team and the operations team to contribute developing new offerings tailored to this market.
In addition, you will provide support to the sales organizations in Europe and Asia to direct them toward the identified opportunities and actively support marketing communications efforts toward the Alternative Energy market.
In North America, you will be directly responsible for opening doors and developing sales with all Alternative Energy customers, and especially from the Hydrogen industry, collecting all field information (Voice of customer, new market needs and trends, competitive and intelligence information), participate in trade shows, and work with manufacturing operations to provide accurate and timely information regarding customer demand to support sales and service objectives.

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical ability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineer or Business and 5+ years’ experience, or Master in Business or Engineering or Economics (or equivalent by experience in Seals or Marketing) or MBA with 3+ years’ experience required.
- Knowledge of Alternative energy markets and R&D/Product Development greatly preferred
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Technical marketing skills to develop product solutions for customer/application technical requirements.
- Ability to travel 25-50%
