Why do we need you ?
The Project Manager will be responsible for driving the delivery of complex software projects by facilitating the Agile process across multiple development pods. The ideal candidate will act as a driver of Agile best practices, ensuring alignment, visibility, and metrics around performance.
Reporting to the CTO, the Project Manager is a key part of the engineering organization working across teams to plan sprints, support user stories, and align priorities between developers and Product Managers.
This is a highly visible role to help drive the Agile process for Verifi's SDLC.
- Agile Facilitation: Lead and facilitate essential Agile ceremonies acting as scrum master for multiple teams.
- Dependency & Risk Management: Proactively identify and resolve dependencies between teams to prevent bottlenecks. Manage cross-pod risks and issues, escalating to leadership when necessary.
- Cross Pod Coordination: Ensure all pods are aligned on the overall product roadmap, goals, and release schedule
- Process Optimization & Consistency: Drive standardization of an Agile process across all pods while empowering them to remain self-organized
- Metrics and Insights: Provide near-time metrics around sprint status, team velocity, bandwidth, and quality utilizing data provided by Jira (e.g., JQL).
- Tools Management: Ensure Jira is used effectively across all teams and is the single source of truth.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, organized and detail oriented.
Is this job for you ?
- Bachelors Degree in related discipline
- 5+ years of managing Agile projects across multiple pods and teams
- 5+ years of running Agile ceremonies, beyond just daily scrums but includes sprint planning, burndowns, demos, and retrospectives
- Proficient in Jira Query Language (JQL) to create custom enhanced reporting
- Proven ability to lead through influence rather than direct authority
- Cross collaborate between disciplines, including Engineering, Product, and Customer Success
- Experience with Jira automation preferred
- Knowledge of Rovo to provide agentic support for team metrics preferred

Pay Transparency:
Certain locations require pay information be provided in job postings. Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees’ wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $81,000 - $126,500 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $89,650 to $139,150. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
