What’s the job?

  • Plant is located in Oxford, NC.
  • No travel requirements beyond the occasional RPG site visit for sharing best practices
  • Manage the sites environmental permits
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to continually improve the facilities environmental program
  • Lead the site efforts toward achieving company Energy and Emissions Objectives (2030 Goals)
  • Manage assigned environmental and sustainability projects
  • Develop capital cost, design and installation plans for new equipment specifically environmental equipment


What do you bring?

  • Four-year Environmental Engineering Degree
  • At least five years of experience managing environmental compliance in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with environmental licenses, permits and reporting (Air Quality Permit – Title V, Industrial Storm Water Permit, SPCC Plan)
  • General knowledge of North Carolina Environmental Protection Agency regulations
  • Knowledge of, or ability to understand operational excellence principles and tools, such as 5S, SMED, Kaizen, Six Sigma green belt, and TPM. 
  • Must be efficient in Microsoft office
