What’s the job?

The job is a Talent Management Coordinator and the ability to impact change is endless! You’ll be working on programs that will affect employees across all Saint-Gobain North America’s businesses. This is a great opportunity to manage critical initiatives in talent development that directly impact the success of our employees.

  • Full ownership of the NA learning management system, training catalogs, training records, and established internal communications channels.
  • Own the Leadership Development Program, including tracking development and communication for appointed employees.
  • Pioneer opportunities for new training methods and delivery while tracking the success or challenges of these techniques.
  • Partner with internal marketing communications to deliver updates and new training opportunities to all employees across SGNA.
  • Develop and implement the project plans for both Corporate Equality Index (CEI) and TopEmployer ensuring all subject owners understand their responsibilities and needed information is submitted timely.
  • Track and deliver all budgeting and financials for all training-related activities.

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor's degree required in business administration, human resources, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR specifically training, talent management, or talent development
  • Strong project management: including event management and coordination for corporate settings, and vendor relationship management
  • Strong relationship management: proven experience working with all levels of employees, including leadership, in a global matrixed organization
  • Entrepreneurial-minded teammate able to work both independently and collaboratively on a dynamic and evolving talent management team!
