Position description

Accountable for the safe and efficient operation of all site industrial infrastructure including: building, equipment, injection molds, stamping dies and cutting tools upgrades, machine programming, replacements, projects and improvements.

 

Working with management, production, supply chain, engineering and quality to support or lead site improvements and new product launches (related to facilities, equipment and tooling).  Responsible for the industrial functions of the plant.  Manages the maintenance team and preventative maintenance program for machinery, equipment and tooling.  Focusing on continuous improvement to install predictive maintenance  (TPM) methodologies.  Contracts with outside firms, runs energy reduction programs and all property and infrastructure upkeep.  Oversee the planning, design, reconfiguration, construction, maintenance and alteration of the site or any of its internal components.  Leads cross-functional teams (WCM-Industrial Reliability Pillar).

Demonstrated knowledge in technical area of competence and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects. (Project Management)
