Why do we need you ?
Primary Functions:
Lead your team and act as a role model for the site with safety as a core value and ensure site compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Partner cross-functionally with EHS, Quality, Production, and Engineering to improve uptime and run performance. Own the Saint Gobain Reliability Pillar, department KPIs, and budget. Manage all maintenance personnel including but not limited to Supervisors, Planners, Storeroom, and Reliability Engineering.
Manage maintenance programs to optimize production efficiency and control repair and maintenance costs. (AM/PM, MRO, and Training)
Perform root cause analysis on equipment failures and support lifecycle management of assets. (Lead structured RCA and ensure corrective actions are sustained)
Support capital planning and equipment strategy

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other STEM field with relevant experience
Minimum 5 years of industrial manufacturing experience, preferably in a continuous processing, PSM environment
Maintenance management experience with strong hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical knowledge. Direct experience with hot oil systems, asphalt processing, or bulk material handling preferred
Experience managing projects in a manufacturing environment
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proven experience improving equipment reliability (MTTR, TMTBF, PM/PdM performance)
Strong CMMS discipline (SAP preferred) with focus on sustaining fundamentals to ensure CMMS utilization.
Experience in a union manufacturing environment
