Why do we need you ?
The position will be responsible for the adherence of financial policies and ICRF controls, improving internal business processes to support the NA growth/profitability model for Sage globally, and key advisor for the teams within the SLT serving as the CFO's “right-hand”. Provide financial analyses, recommendations, presentation support to Board of Directors, NA Delegation and Sage SLT ensuring the site/business is aligned with the strategic objectives set by CSG; moreover, a “proactive” business partner aiding the decision-making process of management on corrective actions/countermeasures to close/mitigate financial gaps, and enforcing ownership & accountability. The position will support the annual RF1, Strat plan (as applicable), RF2, RF3 and budgeting cycles.
Lead the processes of a timely month-end close to ensure alignment of the BU/Regional/Global deadlines, prepare, approve general entries/reconciliations (as needed/required), and ensure accuracy/integrity of the balance sheet (quality of working capital, changes in fixed assets, liabilities impacting the cash generation of the business). Lead the annual standard cost development for the site(s) to ensure transparency of product cost (contribution & gross margins). Management of finance personnel, mentoring & providing necessary direction & leadership. Held responsible to ensure all plant accounting activities, processes comply with GAAP, IFRS, ICRF, Sage policies and sound business practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting; Master's Degree Preferred
- 7+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
- 7+ years of experience working in a corporate environment
- Strong project management skills
- Strong communication skills- both written and verbal
- Experience in forecasting, break-even analysis, FP&A, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CMA or CPA
- Knowledge of the QAD ERP System strongly preferred

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $111,000 to $177,000 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 15% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $127,600 to $203,500. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature, can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
