Are you passionate about producing amazing products that support the aviation industry. We’re seeking motivated Machine Operators to help us deliver quality products in a safe, collaborative environment.
As a Team Lead, your primary responsibilities will be overseeing the day to day activities. This role will ensure that all manufacturing operations are being executed. This will include making sure that the team is inspecting, measuring, and scribing of ingots. Other tasks will include packaging, shipping, and associated paperwork/organizational tasks related to the job.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a team and the team's daily operations.
- Making sure the team is on tasks to meet company goals and objectives.
- Make in-process adjustments based on information (rate, distance, diameter.)
- Must be able to operate lathe or spray dry machinery.
- Load material into the machine and set up to run. Then monitor completion.
- Mainly work independently, but transfer from machine to machine for weights and chemistries.
- Run the assigned machine per specified instructions for each ingot type.
- Accurately and completely fill out paperwork as needed.
- Perform pre-shift preparation and ensure that all surfaces that will contact product (piping/vessels) are sanitized and ready for operation.
- Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment as needed during wash-ups.
- Clean and sanitize room areas as needed.
- Read daily production schedule and process orders in the established sequence.
- Complete all paperwork in a timely manner and turn in to appropriate personnel, fill out work orders as needed.
- Complete electronic and written production reporting.

Requirements:
- HS diploma - required
- Manufacturing experience - preferred
Experience:
- 1-3 years working in a manufacturing environment
- 1-3 years knowledge of quality/measuring systems
- Data entry, excel, ERP system experience
- Computer skills along with the ability to work and learn with new software
