Position description
• Work proactively with affiliates, customer service and SOA’s to improve service and reduce process time
• Plans in order of priority aligning daily goals and supervisory direction
• Ensuring accurate and timely shipment of all Export orders Meeting standards of safety, security, and productivity
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Exhibits professionalism, honesty, and integrity
• Takes initiative without continual direction
• Identifies and resolves daily operational issues
• Formulates daily plans in order to accomplish assigned tasks
• Establishes rapport in an appropriate and respectful manner with all levels of the organization
• Remains composed in high stress situations
• Thorough knowledge of our products, JDA, and SAP
• Strong proficiency as computer user – Outlook , Excel and Word
• Ability to read, count accurately, perform simple math, and write legibly
• Ability to operate RC and TR or willingness to learn
• Familiarity with RF equipment
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift 30 pounds consistently, up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Demonstrated ability to analyze detail and provide solutions
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, the ability to prioritize with a sense of urgency
