Why do we need you ?
What's the job?
We are looking for a Manager, Roofing PMO to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a diverse portfolio of strategic and operational initiatives. In this role, you will play a central part in ensuring that high-priority work across the business is executed effectively and aligned with leadership priorities.
You will lead the development and evolution of the PMO—establishing standards, governance, and operating rhythms that help teams move from ambiguity and competing priorities to clear decisions and consistent progress. Acting as a trusted partner to leadership, you will provide a transparent view of portfolio performance, highlighting risks, dependencies, and where focus is needed most.
This role blends hands-on project leadership with portfolio-level oversight. You will directly lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives while also enabling others through coaching, tools, and best practices. Success in this role requires sound judgment—knowing when to introduce structure, when to simplify, and how to adapt to different teams and leadership styles.
You will also be responsible for:
Building and running the PMO, including frameworks, templates, and governance processes
Maintaining a clear, actionable view of the project portfolio and driving meaningful business reviews
Leading high-priority, cross-functional projects and proactively managing risks and dependencies
Delivering executive-ready communications, including dashboards, updates, and presentations
Driving continuous improvement in project execution and upskilling teams on best practices

Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills
What sets you apart:
Ability to break down complex problems into actionable plans and drive decisions forward
Strong judgment in balancing rigor, speed, and practicality
