Sales and Business Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cement plant stakeholders
- Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions in coordination with the technical team.
- Generate qualified leads and develop new business opportunities
- Analyze market trends and anticipate competitor strategies
- Negotiate and close deals in line with company policies
- Manage the full sales cycle and ensure timely payment collection
- Represent the company in trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
Technical Support
- Perform the industrial trials and provide technical follow-up
- Support the product approval process
Reporting and Administration
- Prepare the requested reports on sales, market trends, key projects, and opportunities
- Prepare the Industrial trial report
- Update the CRM with accurate data and maintain customer profiles
- Ensure timely communication with customers on technical and commercial requests
- Track and follow up on daily sales actions
Is this job for you ?
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Process/Chemical/Mechanical or related field).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in cement field (Technical Sales).
- Solid technical knowledge of cement grinding processes; experience with cement additives is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel as required.
